Things To Do To Look After Myself

  • Clean my face; electric brush, face mask, cleanse, lotion
  • Shave my legs
  • Have a long, hot shower
  • Listen to Celine Dion and Troye Sivan music
  • Read a book
  • Eat a healthy, colourful meal
  • Have some chocolate
  • Make my bed and clean my room
  • Meditate and stretch
  • Get my sweat on in an intense workout
  • Socialise: hang out with friends and boyfriend
  • Watch TV with my boyfriend and eat popcorn
  • Not cut out any food groups
  • Listen to my body; if it wants chocolate eat chocolate, if it wants a smoothie make a smoothie
  • Throw myself into my work - an area of my life that greatly inspires me and I am passionate about
  • Sketch and render houses
  • Make interior design collages
  • Create goal lists
  • Be spontaneous
  •  Post on my blog
  • Do my makeup (or NOT do my makeup)
  • Add more things to my bullet journal
  • Go for a long walk
  • Yoga
  • Talk to mum or just hang out with her (go shopping)
  • Spend a day doing absolutely nothing (or being really busy)
  •  Focus on my studies and work hard
  • Have a break from my studies
  • Surf through pinterest
  • Look up positive quotes
  • Get away and visit someplace new
  • Travel
  • Sit in the feelings for a bit; acknowledge them and then move on
  • Paint my nails
  • Rather than mope in my room, 'escape' into the shower; do something!
