Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 banana
1/2 tsp chia seeds
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp natural greek yoghurt
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method:
1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker
2. Blend until there are no lumps
3. Add more almond milk if it is too thick :/
4. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
